As a standard safety procedure, all individuals, regardless of their involvement in activities, are required to sign a waiver before entering the premises. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in adhering to this policy, as it helps ensure a secure and enjoyable environment for everyone.
No refunds will be issued for late arrivals, partially completed packages and no-shows. Please contact us immediately if you need to reschedule or cancel your reservation. You may call us at 1(413)626-8212. We will do our best to accommodate your request. If you cancel a reservation at least 7 days in advance, you will receive a full refund, no refunds within the 7 days cancellation window.
All of our reservation bookings are for a set period of time. If you arrive late, you will lose valuable playing time. We do not have the ability to extend playing time the day of your event, only by reservation at least a week in advance.
